Sommelier - Unique Gastro Restaurant - Near Henley on Thames
£24k per annum inclusive of service.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Sommelier with previous experience as Wine Waiter or Sommelier. As Sommelier you will assist with stock ordering, cellar management, setting up systems and training and supporting the team to upsell.

Our clients fine wine list is described as eclectic, our clients supplier list is well curated including niche and up-and-coming suppliers and this is an excellent opportunity for an up and coming Sommelier.

• An understanding of exceptional levels of guest service
• Immaculate and stylish presentation
• Intuitive and discreet
• Experience working in a high end hospitality environment

Do you have the very best customer service skills, an eye for detail with the ability to use your own initiative?
Previous experience of Food & Beverage or Customer Service is essential.
