Sommelier: £18k+ Service + Benefits + Temp live in accommodation
A great opportunity for a wine enthusiast to join the team of one of our clients luxury hotels. This venue seek a Sommelier, ideally with experience of working within 2AA Rosette plus or 4*/5* hotels. This is a position for someone who enjoys the fine dining experience, is enthusiastic about wine, it's origin and taste and who can gauge the interest of the guest and react accordingly.
On a day to day basis you will be working in beautiful surroundings with guests who enjoy the finer things in life. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be good at reading the table and be able demonstrate excellent guest care and service standards. Moving forward in your career you will be looking to gain our clients 5* service experience, increase your knowledge of wine and to complete further WSET Trainng.
Accommodation can be offered for an initial temporary period and own transport would be a benefit due to location/staff accommodation.
