Food is produced to a very high standard so experience is necessary. However, training will be provided.

We are a very busy restaurant so you will have to be able to cope with fast pace and pressure resulting from our desire to deliver top quality service to our guests. Food and wine knowledge is vital.

Your main responsibilities will include: training and motivating your team, advising guests on food, wine and cocktail choices, responding to guests' feedback with empathy and generosity, maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, health & safety and coordinating the entire operation to ensure floor and kitchen teams work in full harmony.
