Applicant must:
- Be very customer focused and present exceptional standards of service at all times
- Have an enthusiastic, warm and friendly attitude and muck in approach
- Show good communication skills and the ability to work alongside the existing team in providing the exceptional dining experience
- Have experience of more than 6 months in a similar restaurant role in particular in jamon carving
