JCA are specialists in providing outdoor activity holidays for children on school trips, part of youth groups and Summer Camps. We have activity centres in the UK and we also operate out of a First Choice Holiday Village based in Menorca, Spain.
We have a variety of roles available from Activity Instructors, Watersports Instructors, Management, Administration, catering and Apprenticeships. All we are looking for is an enthusiastic personality, a genuine Interest in outdoor activities and of course you need to love working with children.

JCA Seasonal Dates
We have various start dates which mainly start in March each year and we have a number of different contract lengths available, we are located in Shrewsbury, Tewksbury, Hampshire and also Menorca in Spain. As a Centre Manager your main responsibility will be to oversee our activities team.
As an Activity Instructor you will have the chance to teach a variety of indoor and outdoor activities to our school groups who come to stay with us.
The role of the Catering Assistant is to support the Head Chef in our busy canteen.
As a Senior Watersports Instructor you will be responsible for supporting the Centre Manager.
As a Watersports Instructor you will be teaching a variety of sessions to our guests from kayaking to raft building.
The purpose of this role is to deliver an exciting range of outdoor activities to a group of children or young people.
