BUNGATINI

BungaTINI is a brand new all day deli/bar/restaurant launching in Covent Garden mid-September, open 7 days a week, from early in the morning until late. 

We will be serving authentic espressos, delicious wood fired pizzas, focaccia sandwiches & fresh salads from our deli at lunch, through to an authentic aperitivo and dinner service in the evening.

If you are an ambitious kitchen professional who cares about food and ingredients, we are looking for you!

For this role, the successful candidate will be expected to:

• Enjoy working in a very busy kitchen environment where speed and volume is key
• Excellent attention to detail with food preparation
• Have passion for working with fresh ingredients
• Have previous experience in a London restaurant
• Have a good standard of spoken English

We have full-time and part-time positions available, our operation is open 7am with the kitchen closing at 11pm so shift patterns will vary and late nights will be part of the job. We offer on-going training, progression opportunities & great rates of pay.
