We are looking for Kitchen Managers to lead the chef team towards our goal of always delivering food to exceptional standards, delivering excellent customer service in the kitchen to support the front of house operation...and ultimately ensure a fantastic guest experience!



About the Pub -

The Cambridge is set in the heart of Longbridge retail park. The pub is food led with an ever growing liqour trade. The buliding is 18 months old. The customer base is one which changes week on week. With the large shops attracting shoppers to dine with us. We also have Longbridge College within a 2 minute walk. Meaning we get both teachers and students wanting to be fed and watered with us. As a result a successful candidate must be willing to continue to grow this business, as the opportunities in the area keep growing. Also continue to maintain high food standards with competition very close.

Your Key Responsibilities will be to manage the opening and closing of the kitchen, prepare, cook and present food to company specification, keep the kitchen clean, tidy and hygienic at all times, maintain accurate food ordering and stocking levels, including kitchen materials, manage all kitchen – related office administration and third-party contractors, assist in delivering financial targets set for the house, manage wastage and train and develop staff.
