We are looking for Assistant Managers to help lead the team towards our goal of always giving exceptional customer service in relaxed and informal surroundings.
About the Pub -
The Hooden Horse is a new build Hungry Horse, trading for approximately 18 months. Sited next to Westwood Cross Shopping centre, which attracts approximately 35,000 visitors a day. The Hooden Horse is in a prime location and ready to achieve fantastic sales and guest feedback. We now has a focused GM at the helm, the site just needs a strong, passionate AM to help fulfil the GM's and Company short and long term goals.
If you have experience in a quality, branded, high-volume food delivery outlet, this position of Assistant Manager may be what you are looking for to take the next step on the career ladder.
Hungry Horse is all about great customer service, great value and great people. So, if you are an experienced hospitality professional from restaurants or pubs, you will understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer service and being part of a fantastic team.
Your Key Responsibilities will be to support the manager in the effective running of the business, leading, motivating and inspiring the team whilst adhering to company policies and procedures.
You will need fantastic people and social skills, previous team management experience and a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience every time.
