Are you an Assistant Manager looking for a fantastic new opportunity?
We are looking for Assistant Managers to help lead the team towards our goal of always giving exceptional customer service in relaxed and informal surroundings.
About the Pub -
The Roundhay is a mixture of both wet and dry, dry throughout the day leading to wet on the evenings. We have a separate pool room, quite room and children's area along with a large restaurant area. separate bar area and two patio areas either side of the entrance. We have SKY Sports and BT and a super big screen to show all the exciting games. The last Friday of the month we have live entertainment and various acts. We are not to far from the famous Roundhay Park, situated on Roundhay Road.
AWT - £15k
Split - Food 40 Wet 60
If you have experience in a quality, branded, high-volume food delivery outlet, this position of Assistant Manager may be what you are looking for to take the next step on the career ladder.
Hungry Horse is all about great customer service, great value and great people. So, if you are an experienced hospitality professional from restaurants or pubs, you will understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer service and being part of a fantastic team.
Your Key Responsibilities will be to support the manager in the effective running of the business, leading, motivating and inspiring the team whilst adhering to company policies and procedures.
You will need fantastic people and social skills, previous team management experience and a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience every time.
