We are looking for Assistant Managers to help lead the team towards our goal of always giving exceptional customer service in relaxed and informal surroundings.

Hobsons Choice is a newly refurbed brand swap to Hungry Horse. We are located near the Odeon cinema which can drive a lot of business. We have seating outside for the summer, a great bar area and plenty of seating inside. We are more food led and pride ourselves with great guest experience and plenty of offers unrivalled value with a menu and drinks range bursting with choice and flavour for you to enjoy.
AWT - £22k
If you have experience in a quality, branded, high-volume food delivery outlet, this position of Assistant Manager may be what you are looking for to take the next step on the career ladder.
Hungry Horse is all about great customer service, great value and great people. So, if you are an experienced hospitality professional from restaurants or pubs, you will understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer service and being part of a fantastic team.
Your Key Responsibilities will be to support the manager in the effective running of the business, leading, motivating and inspiring the team whilst adhering to company policies and procedures.
You will need fantastic people and social skills, previous team management experience and a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience every time.
