We are looking for Assistant Managers to help lead the team towards our goal of always giving exceptional customer service in relaxed and informal surroundings.
About the Pub -
The Queen Eleanor is one of the newest additions to the Hungry Horse family and the recipient of a very recent £300k renovation. We are located on Newport Pagnell Road in Wootton, Northamptonshire. With the M1 just a stone throw away, and regular bus routes into Northampton town centre (making trains more accessible) we are in an ideal location for our Team and Guests alike. We are a large venue offering an attractive environment to our Guests both inside and out - and enjoy ample parking. We share our location with a large Premier Inn, so provide breakfast and main meals to those Guests daily. We also benefit from an external play area and impressive outside dining area.
AWT - £40k
Split - Food 70 Wet 30
The Team have adapted well to life as a Hungry Horse, although with departures for University and some what of a restructure we are now looking to add calibre and experience to our ranks in order to maintain a level of consistency that exceeds the expectations of our guests time and time gain by surpassing the standards we are striving to achieve.
If you have experience in a quality, branded, high-volume food delivery outlet, this position of Assistant Manager may be what you are looking for to take the next step on the career ladder.
