Your role

As a Laundry/Valet Supervisor you will be responsible for providing our guests with a 1st class laundry service. Your role will include various valet tasks from the supervising of Laundry service and pressing guests garments to the delivery of the garments to our guest rooms.

Your profile

  • Natural elegance and passion for providing a luxurious level of service that is personalised, confident and calm
  • Proven background of pressing within a luxury hospitality environment, ideally gained within a similar Housekeeping role
  • Your grooming should be immaculate and a conversational level of English is necessary in order to communicate with colleagues, as well as our guests.
  • You will also need to be highly organised with great attention to detail as you will have to manage, prioritise and understand the importance of working to tight deadlines.
  • You will have a flexible approach to working hours with the ability to work shifts
