We are offering an exciting opportunity for someone with the desire to get their foot in the door of our high end cocktail bar THE GREEN BAR. Inspired by the Café Royal Cocktail Book compiled in 1937, theGreen Bar at Hotel Café Royal is a vibrant cocktail destination welcoming both visitors and hotel guests.

As a Bar Waitress/Waiter, you will serve an all-day bar service from lunch to late night cocktails within the Green bar. You will provide advice and guidance and take orders of our guests across all of our menus from our range of cocktails and champagnes by the glass through to confidently matching and suggest wines to compliment guest menu choices in order to enhance their overall dining experience. 

Your profile

  • A natural elegance for providing a luxurious level of service that is personalised, confident and calm, whilst adding a touch of personality and theatre to the guests’ experience
  • Proven extensive experience as a Waiter/Waitress, ideally gained within a Private Members Club, luxury hotel or high end restaurant
  • Possessing a strong sense of discretion, you will be able to uphold a high level of confidentiality in your service
  • Your grooming should be immaculate and communication skills exceptional, in order to flawlessly connect with guests from all over the world – a high level of spoken English is essential
  • You’ll be passionate about food, with an exceptional working knowledge of the correct order of service along with a deep appreciation for quality wines, champagne & cocktails
  • Flexible to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, late nights and weekends
