Some of your responsibilities

  • Provide consistent top-end customer service and exceptional hospitality to the Heartcore community solving any arising issues professionally and swiftly
  • Acting as a role model to inspire your team to deliver individualised world class service at all times by enabling the full potential of your team and individual team members through continuous coaching, tailored nurturing and development
  • Encourage client feedback and actively strive to improve client experience
  • Represent the Heartcore culture and community and help build the studio’s presence within the local community
  • Ensure the smooth daily running of the studio by managing the studio budget, overseeing maintenance works, supply ordering and host scheduling
  • Understand and guide the studio’s class mix to match demand in the market. 
  • Be proactive about researching, suggesting and implementing improvements and solutions

Requirements:

•   Ability to work in a fast-passed environment whilst remaining passionate about providing exceptional service at a boutique level
•    2-3 years experience coaching/supervising/managing team members preferably in hospitality and/or health & fitness
•    A love for the Heartcore brand
•   Possess excellent interpersonal skills, with positive, cooperative and enjoy working in a team environment
•    Highly organised and hands-on with an exceptional attention to detail 
•    Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet expectations
