Studio host - Heartcore

Full Time and Part Time positions available
 
We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, outgoing and fitness loving individual to join our Heartcore Family. 

At Heartcore, we love people and do everything to make each customer feel as welcomed, happy and looked after as we possibly can. 

As a successful candidate, you love people just as much as we do and have exceptional customer experience skills on the phone, in person and writing. 

Working hours are between 6 am and 10 pm on weekdays and 8 am to 6 pm weekends. Must be able to do one shift every weekend.

In this role you're the first point of contact for Heartcore clients, greeting our clients with a smile, helping with any questions they may have and be the first point of contact to any new enquiries and walk in's. 

You are also directly supporting Heartcore's Head Receptionist in answering emails, telephone enquiries. 

If you are a dedicated, responsible and motivated individual with a positive attitude, a passion for fitness as well as client service, then we would like to hear from you.
