Our ideal Chef will have the following skills and experience:

- Minimum of 1 Years experience in a similar position

- Eye for quality standards

- Enthusiasm for producing consistent, quality food 

- Ability to organise and work alone or part of a team on shift

Training is available both in house and working with an external NVQ assessor to gain accredited qualifications.

Accomodation is avaliable for the right candidiate on a tempoary basis as part of a relocation package.

You will report to the Head Chef and be involved in day to day prep and food service, as well as the opportunity to create you own dishes for the specials board and event menus.

Hours:

The successful Chef will work from our holiday park in Finlake and will be expected to work full time hours including some weekends and Bank Holidays, to suit the needs of the business. Various shifts are available between 0830-0000. We are exceptionally busy in school holidays and the expectation is that you will need to be in the business at these times.
