Position Description

The Warren is part of the Haulfryn Group, which is one of the UK's largest owners of luxurious holiday and residential parks celebrating 80 years as a successful family owned British company. The Warren is Haulfryn’s flagship holiday park set on its beautiful beach within the Llyn Peninsula. With a thriving Restaurant, Bar, Beach and Pool Bar, we are looking for ambitious, reliant,  enthusiastic, customer and standards orientated Kitchen Porter's / Kitchen Assistant's  to join our team.

You will report to the Head Chef and duties will include food prep, cooking, cleaning, dish-washing and all other aspects of being in a kitchen environment.  Experience in a similar role is desirable. It is also important that you have a flexible, adaptable approach. We aim to offer friendly and informal, yet high quality service to our holiday home owners and holiday makers, so setting and delivering those standards will be essential.

Required Experience

 Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.

In line with requirements of the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.

 Hours of Work

Varied hours per week are 5 days over 7 including weekends to suit the needs of the business. We are exceptionally busy during school holidays and the expectation is that you will need to be in the business at those times.
