We are currently looking for a Leisure Operations Manager to join our award winning Spa, who has experience in a busy customer facing operations management role.

Duties & Competencies of a Leisure Operations Manager:

To deliver effective management of all operations within the Leisure Club, achieving product and service delivery standards, a high degree of member and client care.

Promote sales awareness and encourage team members to maximise sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have solid experience gained in a busy customer facing operations management role with a proven track record in managing and motivating a team.

They must be confident, flexible, resilient and calm under pressure.
