Casino Manager - Grosvenor Cardiff

With over 140 clubs across the country The Rank Group can offer a whole range of career opportunities. Currently we are looking for a Casino Manager in our Cardiff Casino working on a shift basis.

Specific Gaming experience is not required, but if you have had experience in the leisure or hospitality industry at management, or Senior Team Leader level then this may be the position for you!

Responsibilities;

As a Casino Manager you will be responsible for;

• Effectively managing all aspects of the casino operation on a day to day basis, to maximise the units’ profitability and maintain the security of the premises at all times.
• Ensuring daily communication to each department to ensure they are empowered to meet the needs of the unit on a day to day basis.
• The Duty Manager will, in line with company procedures, be ultimately accountable and will have the authority to make decisions in the absence of the GM.
• Ensuring all business is conducted in line with all laws and statutory guidelines laid out by Gaming and Alcohol Licencing where applicable.
• Supporting the Management team to ensure the club Team, Customer, and Shareholder KPIs are achieved.
• Committing to studying and obtaining the Personal Management Licence as required by the Gambling Commission.
