Casino Host - Flagship Casino - Mandarin & English fluency required

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen at our flagship Victoria Casino for a Casino host who can communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin

Your key accountabilities include:

• Welcoming and developing contact with new members
• Addressing customers by name, recognising individual needs and responding appropriately
• Liaising with Management to ensure complimentary food and beverage is distributed correctly
• Actively seek to increase customer retention
• Defuse any potential or actual customer problems
• Working as part of a team

         The ideal candidate will have:

• The ability to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin
• A strong focus on customer service
• Experience in a customer-facing environment
• Excellent networking and prioritisation skills
• Aware of the importance of teamwork
• Flexibility with regards to shift times, and willing and able to work night shifts and weekends
• Legal entitlement to work in the UK

This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, working 5 shifts out of 7.  As a 24 hour leisure operation shifts will include nights and weekends.
