Riverside pub in the beautiful settings of Isleworth - a high profile pub currently trading as Taylor Walker. Very seasonal with sales around £15k a week in winter and up to £40k a week in the summer
Average weekly turnover: £25k
Split Wet/Food:55/45
Live-In Manager’s Accommodation:3 bedroom flat and lots of team accommodation

Role & Responsibilities
As a General Manager you will have overall responsibility for all aspects of the successful management of the business.

You will need to be genuinely passionate about hospitality and will have the ability to consistently deliver high quality and exceptional standards across your business. Excellent presentation and efficient customer service are key so you will be service-obsessed and have great attention to detail. With the desire to excel, succeed and win, you will have a proven track-record in driving business to achieve outstanding sales and profit growth.
