Are you an Assistant Manager or experienced Supervisor/Team Leader looking for an exciting new challenge? We have an excellent Assistant Managers at the Salt Quay, London

The Business

Average weekly turnover: £35k
Split Wet/Food:55/45

The Salt Quay is a large warehouse conversion site on The River Thames. The site is split over two floors with a large external area on the ground floor and a 50 seat terrace on the first floor. The site has a 55% - 45% wet and dry split in drinks' favour. Sunday's are our busiest day of the week averaging around 200 roast dinners. The successful candidate would need to be able to work well under pressure, motivate the team and work well with a large kitchen team. The site is seasonal and can fluctuate between £20k net sales in the winter to £60k net in the summer. We are also a training house for new GM's and would want to progress the assistant to GM level at the appropriate stage.
