We have an excellent General Manager opportunity available at the Woodlands Edge, South Ockenden.
The Business
This site is a challenging site and we are looking for someone experienced in community lead sites who are able to handle themselves in difficult challenging situations.
The house sits right in the middle of a housing estate and so it is important that the individual can quickly build good relationships with the locals.
We have a mix of around 20-25% food
We have a function room which is a huge opportunity to the site.
The house was in 2015 sparkled and has a great sporting package so sport is something the individual must be able to drive.
Looking for an individual who can work both front and back of house someone who is looking to drive the business to the next level and whom is ambitious for success.
Average weekly turnover: £11k-£12k
Split Wet/Food: 80/20
Live-In Manager’s Accommodation: Large Flat with all usual facilities. Good Condition.

You will need to be genuinely passionate about customer service and hospitality and will have the ability to ensure high standards across your business. With the desire to excel, succeed and win, you will have a proven track-record in driving business to achieve excellent sales and profit growth.
