The White Hart is situated on the main Boston to Spilsby Road in the village of Sibsey. It has a single bar which serves a dining area, bar area and function room which doubles up as a pool room. It has a large car park and smoking shelter at the rear.

The living accommodation consists of 2/3 bedrooms, a lounge, office, kitchen and bathroom. This can be accessed by the back of the public bar.

The business is currently trading to locals and passing trade. Being the only pub within a 5 mile radius, the main customer base is locals from the village and other small communities in the area. Trade is split 70% wet and 30% dry approximately.
