We are recruiting for individuals to work for us as Lifeguards, helping to keep our customers safe at our location in Leatherhead. We will provide full training to those individuals offered employment with us. Many of our senior managers started off as lifeguards, so this position could be a launching pad for a long and successful career.

In order to be considered for our Lifeguarding positions, you need to be an able swimmer with excellent customer service skills. You should also be able to meet the following criteria:

• Swim on front and back
• Swim 200 meters continuously
• Climb out of the pool unaided without using steps or ladder

Individuals that pass our interview and swim competency assessments will be provided with full training. The successful candidates that are offered employment will be required to complete NPLQ training, which runs between the dates of  13th - 17th of March and you must be available for all of these dates.
