Fusion Lifestyle has an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for effective delivery and implementation of company projects; delivering industry leading operational standards, profit protection and achieving the highest customer service standards.  

As a Project Coordinator you will be fully responsible for the following;

  • To support major corporate projects; coordinating the planning, implementation and monitoring of initiatives, ensuring processes are fully embedded within the Fusion operation
  • Manage and oversee coordination of all elements of the project plans ensuring the effective implementation of Fusion operating systems, policies, procedures and delivery of commercial targets
  • Prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule and budget
  • To ensure that Fusion policies, procedures and initiatives are fully understood, implemented and monitored
  • To establish an audit framework that drives business improvements raises operational standards and delivers improved customer service and retention
  • To carry out appropriate site based audits to ensure Fusion delivers industry leading standards and the highest quality operation
  • To identify continuous improvement and profit protection opportunities and implement appropriate business improvement initiatives
  • To review procedures in line with industry good practice and implement changes where appropriate
  • To liaise with operators and support, guide and train site managers on appropriate processes and procedures
  • To report findings to senior managers and provide regular reports
  • Essential Skills required:

    • Project experience in multi-location environments in the service industry
    • Experience of working with project teams, managing corporate initiatives
    • Demonstrable knowledge of continuous improvement processes and practice
    • A motivated self-starter, who is able to work autonomously on an individual basis and also collaborate with a wider team as required
    • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use and assess a wide range of data to support project plans
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • IT literate and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including MS Project and project management tools
