We are hiring ASA (or equivalent) qualified swim instructors to help deliver lessons and teach the next generation of swimming stars!  

Fusion is renowned for its swimming facilities. We manage Olympic-sized heated indoor pools, a large number of outdoor lidos, pools with movable floors, wave pools, pools with flumes and even a beach pool.

Our Swim Instructors help communities to develop a life skill, the ability to swim well should be strongly encouraged for all ages and abilities so your remit will be diverse and interesting. As a Swim Instructor you will be responsible for delivering safe, engaging sessions that encourage individuals and develop them through a structured pathway. 

The successful Swim Instructor will have:

• ASA Level 1 (Assistant swim teacher position) or ASA Level 2 (Swim teacher roles.) 
• Experience of teaching a diverse customer base
• Excellent verbal communication skills, particularly in relation to building trust and rapport with children and their parents and adults learners

There are a variety of shifts available plus career options for those that wish to progress further within leisure.
