Sales Manager focus

We are recruiting Customer Relations Managers who enjoy a sales driven environment with a focus on exemplary customer care and exceptional service.

As a Customer Relations Manager you would be responsible for leading and managing a team of Customer Relations Advisors. You would develop the team to achieve sales targets and to ensure they provided exceptional customer service. You would be part of the centre duty management team and would have exceptional opportunities for personal development and career progression through our leadership programmes.

To be considered for CRM roles you must have significant experience of: 

• Working in a target driven environment with an emphasis on customer service
• Motivating and managing a team
• Reviewing and implementing marketing and sales plans

Customer Relations Managers must have:

• Excellent verbal communication skills and a good understanding of how to engage with customers
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills
• Good numerical and written skills
• First Aid at Work Certificate (training available)
• CIMSPA membership is desirable but not essential
