We are recruiting for individuals to work for us as Lifeguards, helping to keep our customers safe at various locations around Mendip/ Somerset. We will provide full training (free of charge) to those individuals offered employment with us. Many of our senior managers started off as lifeguards, so this position could be a launching pad for a long and successful career.

In order to be considered for our Lifeguarding positions, you need to be an able swimmer with excellent customer service skills. You should also be able to meet the following criteria: 

• Swim 50 meters on front and back
• Tread water in deep water for 30 seconds
• Climb out of the pool unaided without using steps or ladder
• Swim 50 meters within 65 seconds
• Tow a casualty 25 meters within 65 seconds
• Able to attend our next NPLQ course detailed below

Individuals that that pass our interview and swim competency assessments will be provided with full training and therefore must be able to attend training in Wells (Somerset) on the 24/10/16 - 28/10/16
