Are you the best at what you do?

We are looking for the best Fitness Class Instructor to make things happen for our customers at The Weald Sports Centre, Cranbrook. The role is part time, working 1 hour per week paying £18.20 per hour for our Indoor Cycle Class.

You will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and working with a diverse and dynamic team within a fast paced environment.

The company

We work in collaboration with our partners in your community to provide recreational sport, health and fitness activities. A registered charity, we formed in April 2000 with a handful of facilities in Southwark. Since then we have consistently made a surplus (profit) each year which means we have been able to put that back into improving our facilities. We now have nearly 80 facilities nationwide including swimming pools and health and fitness centres and even an ice rink, an outdoor sports centre and indoor bowls centres.

The role

You will be responsible for:

* designing, organising and delivering high quality classes
* undertaking sessions according to the programme timetable and ensure classes commence at the designated times.
* undertaking all day to day cleaning and maintenance of the equipment and fittings, to the highest possible standards, bringing to the attention of the Centre Management any faults or major repairs
* ensuring the efficient and effective operation of sessions, including equipment set up and take down
* undertaking all administrative tasks associated with the position

The candidate

The experience and background you will need is:

* REPS level 2 qualified and registered
* Experience of working in a comparable role teaching similar classes
