We are looking for the best Customer Relations Advisor to make things happen for our customers at Loughborough Leisure Centre in our Charnwood contract. The role is full time working 40 hours per week, paying £6.50 per hour.

You will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and working with a diverse and dynamic team within a fast paced environment.

The Company

We work in collaboration with our partners in your community to provide recreational sport, health and fitness activities. A registered charity, we formed in April 2000 with a handful of facilities in Southwark. Since then we have consistently made a surplus (profit) each year which means we have been able to put that back into improving our facilities. We now have nearly 80 facilities nationwide including swimming pools and health and fitness centres and even an ice rink, an outdoor sports centre and indoor bowls centres.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

* driving sales and customer retention, operating as the first point of contact for customers, presenting a positive and professional front of house customer service.
* achieving KPIs and sales targets set by Customer Relations Manager and central support
* ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the reception area
* monitoring and control entry to the Centre
* ensuring all customer sales and bookings are managed correctly, assisting customers in their choices
* accurately undertaking cash handling and reconciliation procedures and administrative duties, as required
* assisting in the communication and promotion of the centre's services, ensuring all information given is correct and up to date.
* dealing with complaints in a sensitive manner, promptly and politely in accordance with Company guidelines

The Candidate

The experience and background you will need is:

* Experience of delivering first class customer service in a target driven sales environment
* Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence and persuade.
* Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills
* Good numerical and written skills
