We work in collaboration with our partners in your community to provide recreational sport, health and fitness activities. A registered charity, we formed in April 2000 with a handful of facilities in Southwark. Since then we have consistently made a surplus (profit) each year which means we have been able to put that back into improving our facilities. We now have nearly 80 facilities nationwide including swimming pools and health and fitness centres and even an ice rink, an outdoor sports centre and indoor bowls centres.
As the Divisional Facilities Manager, you will be managing a London based team and be responsible for managing the day to day operations of a portfolio of leisure facilities in the Greater London area to ensure the operations, maintenance, and contract standards are met in a professional, cost effective, safe and efficient manner. The Divisional Facilities Manager is full time working 40 hours per week paying up to £40,000 per annum.
The experience and background you will need is:
* Prior experience in FM or Contract Management.
* Experience of managing maintenance contracts associated with fabric, mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems.
* P&L Budget management min £100k
* Management of Minor Works Projects in occupied and or public buildings value £100 - 300K
* Experience of direct management of a team of multi discipline maintenance operatives.
* Experience of client reporting, communication, minutes and report writing.
* Experience of managing contracts in line with KPIs and SLA's.
* Good knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation and experience of centre audits(IOSH or NEBOSH qualified essential)
* Computer illiterate; conversant in MS word, excel, PP and project applications.
* Good oral and written communication
