We are looking for a Fitness Supervisor, to join our friendly and professional team at Cinderford. You will oversee this unique Fitness Centre, ensuring its smooth and efficient day to day operation. You will be instructing customers on the correct use of the equipment, and be able to devise safe and effective exercise programmes (according to qualification). You will be delivering exceptional customer service at all times. Ideally you will have previous experience of working in the leisure industry and a minimum Level 2 fitness qualification, and have either First Aid at Work or Defibrillation certification. As part of this newly created role you will be expected to work closely with the centre team in converting potential new customers into members and ensure the member journey and experience is implemented and followed. A sound knowledge of sales and membership would be an advantage.
