Customer Service Assistant – Cafe
Woking Pool in the Park
Hours: 37hrs per week – Monday – Sunday
Salary: £10313.73 - £13890.10pa
Freedom leisure are looking for an exceptional Customer Service Assistant to join our friendly and professional team at Woking, Pool in the Park.
Your duties will include:
- To prepare, cook and serve food and drinks when required
- To ensure food preparation, catering, bar and customer areas are kept at a high level of hygiene
- To operate the till and carry out checks and cash up as and required
- To operate catering equipment effectively and safely
- To provide excellent levels of customer service at all times
We are looking for someone who has had previous experience in a customer facing role, ideally within a catering or leisure environment. You may be required or already hold a valid Food Hygiene certificate. A strong team player, with excellent communication skills and personal presentation are essential.
