Membership Sales Administrator - Woking Leisure Centre & Pool in the Park
Hours: Part time (15 hours per week), typically spread over 3 days. However, days and hours may vary to suit the needs of the business, such as when the BACS run is processed.
Salary: £15,525.00 per annum
Freedomleisure is looking for a talented Membership Sales Administrator, to join our friendly and professional team at Woking Leisure Centre & Pool in the Park.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Processing the monthly BACS run and daily BACS reports.
- Driving member retention and renewals, collecting payments from debtors by contacting them via telephone, email, text message and post.
- Ensuring accurate data entry, auditing membership sales and filing.
- Extracting data from the membership system (TLMS) and producing reports in MS Excel.
- Contributing to achieve the financial, sales and retention targets.
- Dealing with membership issues and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Supporting the membership sales team, providing cover when necessary. For example: conducting tours, understanding the needs of customers and presenting the membership options in a clear and effective manner.
You will ideally be experienced in sales administration and have some understanding of the health and fitness industry; however full training will be given for the right candidate. You must be an outgoing person, who is confident talking to the public, have excellent communication skills and a strong team ethic. A high attention to detail and strong IT skills are essential for this role, including a good knowledge of MS Excel.
