Recreation Assistant - Llanidloes Sports Centre

Hours: Casual

Salary: £8.59ph

Freedomleisure are looking for a casual Recreation Assistant / Lifeguard to join our friendly and professional team, at Llanidloes Sports Centre.

Your duties will include:

  • Making sure the Pool users are safe at all times
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene throughout the centre
  • Setting up and taking down of equipment for classes and events
  • Dealing with customer queries, comments and complaints
  • Ensuring the highest level of customer service at all times

You will need to be a strong swimmer to pass a pool competency test and you must have the nationally recognised NPLQ qualification. It is essential that you have excellent Customer Service skills, ideally gained within a leisure or poolside environment. We are looking for someone who is a strong team player, with a flexible approach to work.
