Membership Advisor - Lydney
Hours: 37hrs per week, Monday to Sunday
Salary: £14644.25 - £15069.12 + commission
Freedomleisure has an exciting new opportunity to join our friendly and professional team at our Lydney Centre.
Your duties will include:
- Promote memberships through use of social media, outbound calls and direct mail
- Dealing with customer membership enquiries by phone, email and in person
- To actively sell and promote memberships for all centres across the Forest of Dean
- Monitor membership levels and retention bringing changes to the attention of the Manager
- Produce monthly sales information and reports
- Organise and distribute Marketing information
- Sales support including tours of the centre and follow up contact
We are looking a strong team player who has excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work to a high standard. Experience of working to targets or within a sales role would be an advantage, however full training will be given.
