Hours: 37 hours per week

Rate of Pay: £15069.12 - £15922.75 per annum

We are looking for a full time Fast Food Team Leader to join our friendly team in a professional and busy environment. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• To assist in the recruitment, retention, induction and training of all catering staff
• To ensure the staff rota system is completed and necessary staffing arrangements are made
• To work closely with the Catering Duty Managers to ensure all standards are adhered to throughout the outlets
• To manage cost effective portion and stock control
• Offer cover support to the other catering outlets

You will need to hold a valid Basic Food Hygiene and catering related qualification.  You will also need a good level of education to include English and Maths at GCSE level.

Your background will include previous supervisory experience, previous employment in the catering industry, ideally in a similar role. 

Your skills will include the ability to establish key relationships quickly and to manage a staff team.
