£13,782.82 to £13,890.10 per annum pro rata + up to £500 per month commission. 

The gym at the K2 Leisure Centre has recently undergone a major 300k gym refurbishment with exceptional new equipment which has increased demand on our sales team.  To meet this demand we are looking for new enthusiastic full and part time Membership Advisors to join our friendly and professional membership sales team. 

What will you be doing?

This is a sales role, as part of a team of membership advisors who advise customers and prospective customers on a range of membership options, to drive forward membership sales for K2 Crawley Leisure Centre. 

You will be responsible for:

• Generating additional sales to achieve personal and team targets
• Conducting tours of the centre
• Taking incoming calls from prospective customers, make follow-up calls from previous enquiries and make outbound sales calls
• Producing direct mail shots to advertise the centre
• Contributing to events to increase local awareness of the centre
• Help with the production of customer retention and membership sales data to assist with the marketing plan
• Attending outreach events to raise the profile of the centre

This role will be working shifts to include weekends, we are looking for a full time member of staff and part time team members and can offer a variety of working hours. 

What are we looking for?

You will be an outgoing person who is confident talking to the public.  You will have excellent communication skills to communicate face to face, on the phone and in writing therefore you will ideally have a good standard of education including GCSE’s in English and Maths. 

You will thrive on variety and have previously held a job where you had a varied workload, you will also have previous experience of sales or marketing. 

You will ideally have some experience of the leisure industry either through a previous job or through your personal interests.
