Deputy Club Manager (Sales)

Freedom Fitness Maidstone

Hours: 40 hours per week on a rota basis

Salary: £17228.54 per annum + Commission

The Deputy Club Manager is central to the club; you will be responsible for the successful management of all aspects of the club whilst acting as a Duty Manager on shift and to be the face of the club with the members. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Contribute to the delivery of club targets including membership revenue and ancillary revenue
• Drive passion for overall standards and appearance of the club at all times
• Ensure brand standards are in place and upheld at all times
• Act as a Duty Manager when on shift
• Ensure the club meets health and safety requirements at all times
• Ensure the team deliver excellent customer service and member experience through being a role model, being visible at peak times and interaction with customers
• Deal with customer queries and complaints in a calm and professional manner

You will lead the reception and front of house teams and in addition to the above your role will include taking accountability for sales targets.  You will focus on the Reception and Front of house areas.

What are we looking for?

You will have experience in managing operations in the fitness or leisure industry.  You will also need experience of managing sales.

You will need to have (or be willing to take) a First Aid qualification and Pool Operations Certificate. You will ideally have GCSE’s including English and Maths. You will also need to be flexible as we work shifts including weekends and evenings.
