Duty Manager, Malvern Splash Leisure Complex,
£15922.75 - £16,367.10 per annum
Hours: 40 per week
Salary: £15,922.75 - £16,367.10 per annum
What will you be doing?
We are looking for a full time Duty Managers to join our friendly and professional freedom leisure team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- day to day management of the leisure centre
- managing and developing a team of operational staff
- ensuring customer queries are handled professionally
- ensuring customers are provided with a safe environment at all times
- contributing to target setting and financial budgeting
What are we looking for?
You will have a passion for leisure and experience dealing with organisational and staff management. You will ideally have qualifications in Leisure or Business. You will need GCSE’s English and Maths as a minimum. You will have good computer skills and have experience in a customer service environment.
