Membership Sales Advisor

Woking Leisure Centre

Hours: 37 per week

Salary: £13,782.82 - £15,525.18 per annum

We are looking for a new full time Membership Sales Advisor to join our busy, friendly and professional freedom leisure team.  Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting tours, making phone calls, answering emails and dealing with enquiries
  • Contributing to achieve the team sales and retention targets
  • Membership administration and reporting
  • Attending outreach activities in the local area
  • Delivering exceptional customer service

What are we looking for?

Sales experience and some understanding of health and fitness would be an advantage, however not essential as full training will be given for the right candidate. You will be an outgoing person, who is confident talking to the public. You will have excellent telephone, written and face to face communication. Good IT skills are essential for this role.
