Fitness Supervisor

East Grinstead Sports Club

Hours: 37 hours per week

Salary: £15922.75 per annum

We are looking for a full time Fitness Supervisor to join our busy, friendly and professional freedom leisure team. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring staff are well motivated and supervised
• Assisting gym users with exercise enquiries, general training, personalised programmes and to supervise, plan and deliver classes
• Supporting the Centre Manager to supervise and develop staff
• Instructing fitness sessions for groups and individuals
• Be responsible for ensuring a safe environment at all times
• Assist with front of house & operational duties

You will need experience of supervising/managing staff previously and working in a gym. It is essential that you have your REP’s at level 2 or 3, and ideally a group or specialised exercise qualification.
