Duty Manager, Bexhill Leisure Centre,

£17,653.40 per annum

Freedom Leisure has a brand new job opportunity for an enthusiastic full time Duty Manager for Bexhill Leisure Centre.

What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for:

• Day to day management of the leisure centre
• Manage, develop and motivate a team of operational staff
• Ensuring customer queries are handled professionally
• Ensuring customers are provided with a safe environment at all times
• Contributing to target setting and financial budgeting

This role will be working shifts to include weekends

What are we looking for?

You will have a passion for leisure and experience dealing with organisational and staff management.  You will need GCSE’s English and Maths and ideally have a qualification in Leisure or Business. You will have good computer skills and have experience in a customer service environment.

You will ideally have some experience of the leisure industry either through a previous job or through your personal interests.
