Bike It Instructor, Heathfield Leisure Centre

£14.23 per hour

Heathfield Leisure Centre have a part time job vacancy for a Bike It Instructor on Thursday evenings from 5.45 to 6.30 pm.

What will you be doing?

Your role would be to coach bike it classes to the Leisure Centre’s Fitness Centre Customers.

You will responsible for:

  • ensuring you coach bike it to customers
  • assisting in the supervision of customers in the Centre, ensuring their safety and discipline
  • dealing with any customer queries in a friendly and professional way
  • liaising with the Senior Leisure Centre staff concerning all operational matters, identifying issues or problems and assist in their management

What are we looking for?

You must hold a Nationally Recognised Indoor Cycling qualification and ideally have GCSE’s in English and Maths or equivalent.  In addition to this you will need an excellent understanding of customer service and be able to relate to customers of all ages.  You will need to be highly organised with a good attention to detail as well as being flexible and adaptable.  You should have gained your customer service experience in a leisure or fitness environment.
