Hours: 20 per week (Mondays, Tuesdays and 2 weekends per month)

Rate of Pay: £15069.12 - £16367.10 pro rata

We are looking for an experienced (or willing to learn) Customer Service Assistant to join our friendly and professional freedom leisure team.

• Ensuring high levels of Customer Service in person and on the phone
• Dealing with a wide range of customer queries
• Taking bookings for classes and activities, taking payments when necessary
• Ensuring the Reception area is maintained to a high standard and that relevant information is to hand and up to date
• Being the 1^st Point of Contact for customers entering the Centre
• Taking cash and card payments from customers

You will need to have experience of serving customers in a face to face environment, ideally in a leisure or sports industry role.  You will also need to have an excellent standard of English and Maths, including GCSE’s and a good working knowledge of IT.
