Freedom Leisure have a fantastic job opportunity for an enthusiastic Operations Manager for the Malvern Splash Leisure Complex.  Malvern Splash has a wide range of facilities offering an excellent choice of leisure activities; these include 2 Pools, Sauna and Steam rooms and a Gym which is currently undergoing a major refurbishment.

What will you be doing?

We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our friendly and professional freedom leisure team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage, develop and motivate a team of operational staff
• To act as Deputy for the Centre Manager
• Contribute to and understand the business and budgetary performance of the centre
• Ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained in operational areas
• To ensure that the highest levels of customer service is being delivered at all times

What are we looking for?

You will have experience in the leisure industry and in dealing with organisational and staff management.  You will need to be competent with Health & Safety, ideally with a relevant qualification, and have or be willing to undertake a pool plant operator’s certificate.  You will need to have good computer skills and have experience in a customer service environment
