Duty Manager - Tenbury

Duty Manager, Tenbury Swimming Pool, circa £16,000

Hours: 37 per week

Salary: circa £16,000.00 per annum

What will you be doing?

We are looking for a full time Duty Manager to join our friendly and professional freedom leisure team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• day to day management of the leisure centre
• managing and developing a team of operational staff
• ensuring customer queries are handled professionally
• ensuring customers are provided with a safe environment at all times
• contributing to target setting and financial budgeting

What are we looking for?

You will have a passion for leisure and experience dealing with organisational and staff management.  You will ideally have qualifications in Leisure or Business. You will need GCSE’s English and Maths as a minimum.  You will have good computer skills and have experience in a customer service environment.
