Membership Sales Advisor

Hours: 37 hours per week (on a rota basis)

Rate of pay: £16,791.98 per annum

We are looking for a full time Membership Advisor to join our freedom leisure team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Inputting data on systems for new and renewals of membership & all key card applications & file maintenance
• Run monthly renewal reports and send notices to customers
• Manage group & memberships mailboxes, process and send out DD instructions to banks, handle daily BACS reports
• dealing with customer membership enquiries by phone, email, direct mail and in person
• monitor membership levels and retention bringing changes to the attention of the Manager
• sales support including tours of the centre and follow up contact

Sales or marketing experience will be an advantage however not essential as full training will be given.  Experience of working to targets will be important as is the ability to work with the public delivering excellent customer service. Most importantly you will able to work unsupervised and to a high standard.
