Schools Swim Coordinator

Hours: 30 hrs per week (on a 40 week per year set hours contract)  

Salary:  £19,185.25 - £20,323.43 per annum pro rata

We are looking for an experienced Swim School Coordinator to join our friendly team in a professional and busy environment.  Your responsibilities will include:       

• Coordinating all aspects of the schools swimming lesson programme and be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of the programme.
• To ensure that the highest standards of customer service and safety at all times in accordance with the policies, procedures and systems.
• To undertake an outreach role that assists in the achievement of relevant aims and objectives set out within the Pools Service Plan, Sports Development Plan and Marketing Plan.

• To manage staffing levels as appropriate to ensure the effective delivery of the schools swimming lesson programme.
• To maintain an accurate weekly shift rota for the Schools Swimming programme that is accessible to both the Swim School Manager and the S&L Duty Officer.

Experience of coordinating a Swim School is desirable.  People management skills and a passion for swimming are essential criteria.
